The Baltimore Ravens signed receiver Donte’ Stallworth (formerly of the New Orleans Saints, Philadelphia Eagles, New England Patriots and Cleveland Browns) to a one-year, $900,000 contract today. There are also $300,000 of incentives included in the deal. This is the first good news in what is sure to be an offseason of moves targeting an improved passing game. The Ravens finished 18th in passing as compared to their fifth-rated rushing offense. Quarterback Joe Flacco needs more weapons and Donte’ Stallworth was available to help fill that need.
