Baltimore Ravens vs. Houston Texans: Hero and Zero of the Game Both the Baltimore Ravens and the Houston Texans had a record of 5-1 coming into this Week 7 match-up. This game was a rematch of the January 15, 2012 playoff game, in which the Ravens beat the Texans by a score of 20-13. What a difference a season makes, as the Texans were frustrating hosts for the Ravens’ feeble offense and injury depleted defense on Sunday. Here are the players who played the most heroically on both teams, and the player who is most responsible for the Ravens’ embarrassing blowout loss. According to merriam-webster.com, the main definition of a hero is, “a mythological or legendary figure often of divine descent endowed with great strength or ability.” Defensive end turned linebacker Terrell Suggs fits that description to a ‘T.’ Suggs, also known by the nickname “T-Sizzle,” won the 2011 Defensive Player of the Year award with a career high of 14 sacks re...

Suggs Sack About It For The Ravens In The First Half
Terrell Suggs has already been a bigger factor in Baltimore’s defense than anyone had reason to expect. in the first half in Houston, he notched a sack. He played in a large share of the defensive snaps and has ever been playing pass coverage. With Haloti Ngata having left, Suggs might be just about all Baltimore has left in its once-exalted defense.
With way too much dependent...

I don’t know if Terrell Suggs is rushing himself or if he completely went against the odds to return at this pace, but it’s official know that the reigning Defensive Player of the Year will play this Sunday for the Baltimore Ravens as they play the Houston Texans.

You know Terrell Suggs is fully back from his off-season Achilles injury when he’s back to doing his usual things, like getting sacks and acting the fool during team photo day. It’s not the first time that Suggs has gotten all goofy for the photo. He did a prancy Peter Pan pose for the 2009 session.

Monday musings: Joe Morgan’s touchdown, the Ravens fall flat, Chris Johnson’s breakout, and other things I noticed
Chris Johnson managed to get himself to the edge early in the game against the Bills showing nice burst to get an impressive touchdown.
