There are only three teams in professional football that look as bad as the Jets do right now (Chiefs, Jaguars, and Cardinals), two of which the Jets will be facing these upcoming two weeks. This week it is the Arizona Cardinals who are currently on a seven game losing streak, after starting off the season 4-0. They are the first team in history to accomplish this feat and may be the only team who might be on a worse stretch than the Jets.
As disgustingly bad as the Jets quarterback situation looks right now, it is nothing compared to what the Cardinals are going through. They started the season off with John Skelton, then made the switch to Kevin Kolb, than to rookie, Ryan Lindley. Skelton and Lindley have made Ryan Leaf look like a pro bowler and Kolb has been hurt for over a month now. Kolb is close to full health and could return this week; ther...

Sanchez likes Jets' playoff chances
There are plenty of negative things to say about Mark Sanchez as a quarterback, but you can't discount his optimism.
Just five days after getting shellacked by the New England Patriots, the New York Jets' quarterback is still confident about his team's playoff chances, despite a 4-7 record. Perhaps when things have hit rock bottom there's nowhere to go but up, but...
Rex Ryan Expects Tim Tebow To Be Cleared But Will He Start Him As The Jets Quarterback?
The New York Jets need a boost. Ryan said he expects Tebow to be cleared to play. The problem is Ryan refuses to try Tebow as the Jets starting quarterback. Tebow took the Broncos to the play-offs last season, now he spends most of his time sitting on the Jets side-lines. While Sanchez has tried to get the New York Jets back to winning he has failed. Tebow should be given a shot...
Mark Sanchez on 4-7 Jets: We love our playoff chances
The New York Jets all but eliminated themselves from the playoff picture with their most embarrassing loss of the season to the New England Patriots last Thursday. Currently sitting at 4-7, New York would have to win out and get some help in order to sneak in and grab one of the AFC’s wild card spots. Mark Sanchez sees no reason that can’t happen.
“We feel great. We love...
Injuries, innuendo tarnish Heap's Arizona stay
TEMPE, Ariz. This wasnt the way it was supposed to end. Not for a local legend. Not for Todd Heap.
When the Cards signed him to a two-year deal in July of 2011, it was thought that Heap would provide a safety blanket for newly acquired quarterback Kevin Kolb, who loved to throw to tight end Brent Celek in Philadelphia and needed time to learn the intricacies of the offense.
Heap...

Michigan Loser Jay Feely Paying Off His Bet To Beanie Wells
Jay Feely, who once missed three field goals for the Giants in a playoffs game and was ridiculed via Saturday Night Live, is once subjecting him to a public shaming thanks to Ohio State. It seems that Feely, who kicked at Michigan, had a t-shirt and hat bet with Beanie Wells.
The key to this bet is that Feely had to change his Twitter avatar to the above display of OSU love.

Let’s go back, briefly, to my pick from last week’s Falcons/Buccaneers game. I’ll just copy and paste it verbatim because it’s glorious:
