Running back Beanie Wells is slated for surgery on his right knee Tuesday, according to Kent Somers of the Arizona Republic. Fantasy Spin: The operation is believed to be minor in nature. Wells ailing knee hindered him down the stretch, as he averaged just 49 rushing yards over his final four appearances of the season. On a positive note, the young running back did collect his first 1,000-yard season with a 1,047 over 14 starts.
