According to Kent Somers of the Arizona Republic, Cardinals running back Beanie Wells is expected to return to practice next week and play in their November 25th game against the Rams.
The Cardinals running game has been struggling all season because of poor play from their offensive line, but getting Wells back should give them a small boost.

Beanie Wells Hangs With Some Friends
These guys have the hookups Juan…
Beanie Wells was in Scottsdale hanging out with some friends the other night. The funny thing about this picture is that the guy on the right is a club promoter that I have know for a bunch of years going back to my bartending in Scottsdale clubs days. I still play against that fool in multiple fantasy leagues and he is definitely one of...
Honeybadger moves in with Patrick Peterson’s family to get away from Louisiana
Jennifer Hale of WVUE reports that Mathieu has moved to South Florida, where he’ll live with the family of Cardinals defensive back Patrick Peterson.
Peterson, who attended LSU, and Mathieu are close friends. After Peterson left LSU, Mathieu changed to No. 7, which had been worn by Peterson in Baton Rouge.
Per Hale, Mathieu hopes to escape negative influences in Louisiana, where...
Beanie Wells Progressing
The Arizona Republic reports that Cardinals halfback Beanie Wells is making progress in his recovery from a toe injury and should be able to return Week 12 against the Rams.Fantasy Spin:LaRod Stephens-Howling has served as the team's featured back in Wells' absence and has had limited success (eight carries for six yards in last week's loss to the 49ers).
Fitzgerald limited by Cards' offensive woes
TEMPE, Ariz. (AP) -- The Cardinals' offensive woes have limited their ability to take advantage of one of the best wide receivers in the game.
A weak offensive line, erratic quarterback play and a largely ineffective running game have meant that defenses can zero in on Larry Fitzgerald more than ever, and he was already drawing plenty of attention. One of the game's best...
Missed opportunities cost Arizona - again
It's going to be one long bye week for the Arizona Cardinals.
The Cardinals cut a 17-point deficit to a touchdown late in the third quarter, only to give up a 72-yard score less than a minute later that sealed their fifth straight loss.
Arizona (4-5) would pick up just one first down the rest of the game, a 31-17 Green Bay victory, and will spend the next week wondering how...
Leach unleashes in wake of "pitiful effort"
ON THIS SATURDAY, it seemed that the real show started after the game ended. Mike Leach’s postgame remarks were explosive, accusatory and, in their own right, just as big of a disaster as his team’s 49-6 loss at Utah. The Utes outgained the Cougars 453 to 255 in total yards as the hapless crew from the Palouse gave up six sacks and tallied negative-4 rushing yards.
Cards to get taste of 'special' Lambeau setting
TEMPE, Ariz. -- Paris Lenon was a Green Bay rookie in 2002 when he received his Packers indoctrination. Every year at training camp, the club has a tradition featuring kids bringing their bikes to Lambeau Field, sticking pegs in the back-wheel spokes, carrying a players helmet and hitching a ride across Oneida St. to the clubs practice facility while 250- and 300-pound players pedal...

Fantasy Football Week 9 Preview: Cardinals at Packers
Arizona: The Cardinals hit rock bottom in Week 8, getting shellacked by the 49ers right in their own back yard no less. Of course the road doesn’t get any easier, as they pay a visit to Lambeau Field and the suddenly clicking Packers. The Packers are playing better defense than they did last season, ranking 13th overall in yards allowed per game and are second with a total of...
Arizona Cardinals vs. Green Bay Packers Key Matchups
The Packers need to keep Cardinals LB Daryl Washington as far from Aaron Rodgers as possible on Sunday
The Arizona Cardinals visit Lambeau Field this week in desperate need of a win, having lost their last four games after starting 4-0. The Green Bay Packers have won three straight and want to head into their much needed bye week at 6-3. Let’s jump into the key matchups that...
Arizona Cardinals at Green Bay Packers: Week 9 NFL Pick
Arizona Cardinals (4-4) at Green Bay Packers (5-3)
This is what I said about the Cardinals after their 3-0 start. “Almost every year, there’s a team that gets off to a good start and then fades away and misses the playoffs and makes their believers look dumb (“This Ryan Fitzpatrick is the real deal.” “Rex Grossman is a legitimate franchise quarterback.”).Winning 3 in...
Green Bay Packers Cruise Over Arizona Cardinals: Hero-Zero Of The Game
This win for the Packers is more proof that their slow start to the season is nothing to worry about and they are back in the running for the Super Bowl. On the other side, this loss for the Cardinals also proved something about their fast start to the season, it was a fluke. After starting the season 4-0, the Cardinals have since lost five straight games and are no longer in...
Packers WR Jordy Nelson Injures His Ankle Vs Cardinals
Jordy Nelson was cleared to play on Sunday morning despite his lingering hamstring injury but exited in the first quarter against the Arizona Cardinals after injuring his ankle. He is questionable to return.
Nelson got his right ankle caught beneath him went into a knees-first slide to pull in a Aaron Rodgers pass inside the Cardinals' five-yard line. The play was initially...
