Chicago QB Jay Cutler has confirmed that he'll be in action Week 8 against Carolina. Cutler injured his ribs during Monday night's win over Detroit.Fantasy Spin:Cutler's 78.3 passer rating is 25th in the league while his 227 yards per game ranks 24th. He's a middle of the pack fantasy arm and should only be started in deeper leagues.
