The Chicago Bears and receiver Devin Thomas have agreed to a one-year contract.
Thomas has 43 receptions for 482 yards in four seasons with Washington, Carolina and the New York Giants. He was mainly a special-teams contributor for the Giants last season and recovered two fumbles in the NFC title game against San Francisco, including one that set up the winning field goal in overtime, for the eventual Super Bowl champions.
The Bears announced the move Wednesday on their website.

Bears add to receiving corps with signing of Thomas
