According to Jason La Canfora of CBS Sports, the Chicago Bears have signed running back Kahlil Bell while Matt Forte is out with high ankle sprain.
Bush will be the starter with Forte out. Bell filled in for Forte last season, but the Bears cut him after the preseason.
