The Chicago Bears received permission to interview Houston Texans offensive coordinator Rick Dennison for their head coaching job, ESPN reported Sunday. Dennison worked with Bears quarterback Jay Cutler and wide receiver Brandon Marshall when they were with the Denver Broncos. Dennison was a finalist for the Broncos' heading coaching job two years ago that went to John Fox. The Bears are looking for an offensive-minded coach. They spoke with eight candidates last week. The team is reportedly interviewing Broncos offensive coordinator Mike McCoy on Sunday and Montreal Alouettes (Canadian Football League) coach Marc Trestman on Monday.
