Ashburn, Va- Well things didn’t go quite according to plan for the Washington Redskins against the one win Carolina Panthers and their rookie QB.  The Redskins blew almost every opportunity including the one’s the Panthers gift wrapped for them.  Recently inserted QB John Beck waited three years and ten months to get his first start since playing for Miami back in December of 2007. Beck looked good on his first drive hooking up Santana Moss twice, only to have the drive end on a fumble.  The opening drive ended at the Panthers’ 45 with the Redskins facing a long 3rd-and-15.  John Beck dropped back to pass but not before he was sacked by DE Antwan Applewhite, popping the ball loose while LB Terrell McClain recovered the fumble for the Panthers.  Moss would end up leaving the game with a fractured left hand and is expected to be out 3-4 weeks. Beck continued to battle using the supporting cast around him like TE Fred Davis catching six balls for 88 yards and a TD, Jabar Gaffney catchi...
