The Pittsburgh Steelers shook up their coaching staff this offseason with the hiring of Todd Haley as the team’s new offensive coordinator. This move prompted speculation that Steeler’s quarterback Ben Roethlisberger would become disgruntled with the change and eventually butt heads with Haley and his fiery approach. So far, there have been no skirmishes between the two, but the quarterback does not seem totally comfortable in the team’s new offensive system. “Every day is a little bit better. I’m not saying I can go out and call a game myself right now, but I understand when he calls a play, I know for what’s going on for the most part,” Roethlisberger told reporters. He continued, “We’ve made some strides. They might not be giant strides, but they’re strides forward. I don’t think we’ve taken any backward. That’s the key now-and it’s just OTA’s right now. It will come next week for mini-camp.” Roethlisberger stated that some of the issues right now revolve around the verbiage
