The Bengals usually have major issues coming to terms with their first round picks, but this time around getting wide receiver A.J. Green inked wasn’t an issue at all.
The 4th overall pick of the 2011 NFL Draft has officially signed with the Bengals, coming to terms early on Thursday morning. Details of the contract have yet to be released.
The new ‘rookie standard’ means 1st round picks will have 4 year contracts with options for a 5th season. Green will step right in as a starter right away for the young Bengals.
