It seemed as if all order would be restored for the Seahawks offense this week against the Bengals.
Tarvaris Jackson is active. Marshawn Lynch is active. So are Max Unger and Zach Miller.
One surprise scratch, however, is Mike Williams, who practiced all week. So a curious move there.
