Cincinnati Bengals guard Bobbie Williams will miss the remainder of the regular season with a broken right ankle.
Williams suffered the injury during Sunday's 20-19 loss to the Houston Texans.
The Bengals promoted guard Otis Hudson from their practice squad to take Williams' spot.
Williams has started at right guard for the Bengals since 2004. He missed four games this season while serving a suspension for violating the NFL's policy on performance-enhancing substances.
The Bengals are 7-6, three games behind first-place Baltimore in the AFC North.
