Bengals-Jaguars inactives and other pregame notes

Good morning from EverBank Field, where the 2-2 Bengals face the 1-3 Jaguars. The rain has been on and off for most of the day but conditions could be nasty as the game goes along. INACTIVES AND LINEUP CHANGES Bengals – CB Kelly Jennings, LB Dontay Moch, S Robert Sands, OG Clint Boling, OT Anthony Collins, TE Colin Cochart, WR Ryan Whalen. Bobbie Williams is expected to start at right guard and Taylor Mays is active for his first game this year. S Jeromy Miles, who had missed most of the week with a groin injury, worked out on the field before the game and is set to go. Miles mostly plays on special teams. Jaguars – CB Derek Cox, RB Montell Owens, S Courtney Greene, OL Jason Spitz, DE Aaron Kampman, WR Kassim Osgood, TE Zach Miller. Matt Roth, who had two sacks in a Week 4 game against the Bengals last year while with Cleveland,  is expected to start at DE in place of Kampman and William Middleton is expected to start at CB in place of Cox.
