Domata Peko got a sack on the first play, then popped up and did his rendition of a popular dance. He's not the Cincinnati Bengals lineman breaking out the moves. The Bengals (3-1) lead the NFL with 17 sacks heading into their game Sunday at Paul Brown Stadium against the Miami Dolphins (1-3). They're getting sacks in bunches thanks to a young-and-improving line. Tackle Geno Atkins had a pair of sacks of Blaine Gabbert during a 27-10 win over Jacksonville last Sunday. He leads interior linemen in the NFL with five sacks. The Bengals have had six sacks in each of their last two games - the first time they've done that since 2001. Twelve of the 17 sacks have come from the linemen.

Bengals dancing over sacks

CINCINNATI (AP) -- Domata Peko got a sack on the first play, then popped up and did his rendition of a popular dance. He's not the Cincinnati Bengals lineman breaking out the moves. RotoWire NFL Five Things

1. Andy Dalton has QB1 Value Robert Griffin is probably the biggest (pleasant) surprise among fantasy quarterbacks through the season's first month, but Andy Dalton is a noteworthy second-place finisher at the moment. Between his excellent supporting cast on offense, a shootout-friendly Cincinnati defense and his own skill as a passer, Dalton is playing in conditions that have...

Week 5 fantasy football things to know

1. Week Four Hit List

Believe it or not, 25% of the NFL regular season is already in the books, and at the quarter pole, your Bengals are an impressive 3-1.  After the utter carnage of the opener, the last three weeks have been welcomed.  Sunday’s 27-10 dismantling of the Jacksonville Jaguars looked a lot like maturation for these young Bengals.  They had shown in the Cleveland and Washington...

Miami Dolphins at Cincinnati Bengals: Three Bold Predictions

When Cincinnati hosts Miami on Sunday, the Bengals will likely be facing a desperate team.  If the 1-3 Dolphins want to stay in the AFC East division race, they must win this game.  But the host team is playing with a ton of confidence, looking to continue building off of its 2011 playoff season. Here are THREE BOLD PREDICTIONS for Sunday’s Week 5 game at Paul Brown Stadium:1...

Five Keys: Week Four Postmortem

Sunday’s win in Jacksonville was the most convincing yet for the Bengals, and to me it showed a great deal of growth for the club.  Despite being down four cornerbacks and facing perhaps the best running back in football, the Bengals completely shut down the Jaguars in Jacksonville.  3-1 sure feels good. Let’s see how the Bengals did with the five keys this week: 1.  Stop...

Dolphins-Bengals Preview

The Cincinnati Bengals have rebounded nicely from an ugly season-opening defeat. Backed by a potent offense and improving defense, the Bengals look for a fourth consecutive victory when they host the hard-luck Miami Dolphins on Sunday. Coming off a 9-7 playoff season, Cincinnati (3-1) opened this year with an embarrassing 44-13 loss at Baltimore. However, that defeat might have...

Miami Dolphins (1-3) at Cincinnati Bengals (3-1)

Miami Dolphins (1-3) at Cincinnati Bengals (3-1) This is Andy Dalton’s 22nd career start. Assuming Baltimore makes the playoffs and Washington, Jacksonville, and Cleveland don’t, that means that Dalton is 12-0 in his career against non-playoff teams and 0-9 against playoff teams, making the Bengals the definition of average. This week, he plays the Dolphins, who sit at 1-3 and...

Week 5 Sleepers

There are 4 teams that are on bye this week. That along with some key injuries, has fantasy owners digging deep down their roster, or the waiver wire, trying to find someone to start. A key to a win this week could be finding a sleeper! Quarterback Andy Dalton, Cincinnati Bengals. Dalton has been playing very well this year, much in part to his very talented WR core loaded with AJ...

Depth Chart Digging: Week Five

Go Binns drinkingPhoto Credit: Navin75 And Booooooom goes the dynamite! That wasn't the sound of Tony Romo coming back to earth, but instead the sudden outburst of fantasy points. They were plentiful this weekend. Garbage touchdowns galore (Brandon Lloyd and Dwayne Bowe) and points through the air we have been waiting for all season. The presence of Ed Hochuli's massively...
