The Cincinnati Bengals had their most-disappointing Sunday of the season when they were defeated by the visiting Pittsburgh Steelers 24-17 and lost cornerback Leon Hall for the season with a torn Achilles. The irony here is when the Bengals decided to not out-spend the Houston Texans for free agent cornerback Johnathan Joseph earlier this year, one of the reasons was they believed Hall was the more-durable player. And until this season, he had been. Hall will miss a game for the first time in his NFL career this Sunday when the Bengals travel to Baltimore in a battle of 6-3 teams. With Hall out, Kelly Jennings will likely step into a starting role opposite Nate Clements, and Pacman Jones will be the top backup if his hamstring his healthy.
