The Cincinnati Bengals made their final roster cuts Saturday. But it was the suspension of a reliable veteran that was the most surprising. Starting guard Bobbie Williams, one of the biggest leaders in the locker room, was suspended four games for violating the NFL's performance enhancement policy, the Bengals announced. Williams will not be allowed to rejoin the team until Cincinnati's fifth game against the Jacksonville Jaguars on Oct. 9.
