The agent for right guard Bobbie Williams confirmed Monday that he has finished off a two-year deal that brings his client back to Cincinnati for a seventh season. Terms weren't disclosed after Tony Agnone said he closed the deal Monday afternoon in a final conversation with Bengals vice president Troy Blackburn. "There was only one team he would have left for and there was another team that wanted to be considered," said Agnone, who didn't want to be specific. "This is where he wanted to be all along. He's been a captain here, the guys like him and he likes them. Angie (his wife) and Bobbie felt comfortable enough with the security that they wanted to remain in the community." He's missed just three games since signing as a free agent before the 2004 season, from a 2006 appendectomy, and is working on a streak of 53 straight starts.
