Cincinnati Bengals right guard Bobbie Williams has been suspended for the first four games of the season after violating the league's policy on performance-enhancing substances.
A 12-year veteran, Williams has started all 16 games in each of the last four seasons.
The 6-foot-4, 345-pound Williams will not be allowed to work out or practice with the team until the fifth week of the campaign.
