The Bengals signed defensive end Wallace Gilberry and placed Jamaal Anderson on injured reserve with a quadriceps injury. Anderson, a former first-round pick of the Falcons, suffered a torn quadriceps tendon Sunday against the Browns. Gilberry is in his fifth season and was released by the Buccaneers last week. He previously played 54 games with the Chiefs.
