The Cincinnati Bengals have slowly and quietly been climbing their way up the NFL playoff ladder in the past couple of years.  Posting an 11-5 record in 2013 and winning the AFC North, they have steadily increased in all areas of the field.  Only a couple of days before the 2014 NFL Draft, veteran cornerback Leon Hall is making his way back from an Achilles tendon tear in his left foot and targeting training camp in July, according to Jason Marcum of SB Nation. Hall played in only five games last season.Hall has been in this spot before, as this is his second Achilles tendon tear in the past three years.  In 2011 he tore his right Achilles tendon, resulting in missing seven games, landing the veteran on the injured reserve list.Last season in an October 20th win over the Detroit Lions, Hall was matched up against all-star wide receiver Calvin Johnson.  As he lunged for a ball in the endzone, Hall went down hard and could not get up for a few minutes.  After the game, tests revealed ...
