Saturday afternoon offered sports fans an event that only occurs once a year. No, it's not the Kentucky Derby, but rather New England Patriots head coach Bill Belichick smiling in front of a camera. Those two events did cross paths as Belichick was seen during the Kentucky Derby's weekend festivities, and the Pats coach seemed to be in good spirits.
