The Bills announced the addition of three assistant coaches on Thursday, including former NFL WR Ike Hilliard. Hilliard will coach the Bills' wide receivers in 2013. A 12-year NFL veteran, Hilliard coached the Redskins' wide receivers in 2012 and was an assistant wide receivers coach for the Dolphins in 2011. Buffalo also hired John Anselmo as a special-teams assistant and Hal Luther as assistant strength and conditioning.
