Buffalo Bills cornerback Terrence McGee agreed to a restructured contract on Wednesday.
The team confirmed the deal, but did not divulge its terms.
McGee had 28 tackles in six games before a knee injury against the AFC East rival Miami Dolphins ended his season.
The 31-year-old McGee was carted off the field after he stumbled over Miami wide receiver Davone Bess following a 4-yard touchdown pass.
McGee had missed 12 games due to injury in the previous two seasons.
