TEAMS: Buffalo Bills
The Bills announced via their website that general Manger Buddy Nix has stepped down from that job and will now take a job as a special assistant to the team’s next general manager. Nix was with the Bills when John Butler was GM in the 1990s, and followed Butler to San Diego. Nix returned to Buffalo as a scout in 2009 and was promoted to general manager of the team later that year. Nix gave the following statement: “By the ‘right time’ I mean I think we have a good young roster, an excellent head coach with a good staff, and it’s time to let someone else handle these responsibilities and move forward together,” Nix said, via Chris Brown of BuffaloBills.com.

Bills Willing To Give WR Da’Rick Rogers One Last Chance

Buffalo Bills rookie wide receiver Da’Rick Rogers has a similar story to that of Tyrann Mathieu, just with less fan fare.  Rogers entered the University of Tennessee in 2010 as one of the most highly regarded wide receivers coming out of the prep ranks. Rogers led the Vols in receiving during the 2011 season, and looked to be headed towards stardom.  In August of 2012 Rogers...

The wide receiver corps are a bit thin currently with many of the rookies having to sit out until their respective graduations and Stevie Johnson still battling an injury. Graham pulled in “almost half a dozen receptions” according to...
