Buffalo Bills running back Fred Jackson suffered a knee
injury during yesterday’s loss to the St. Louis Rams, and the veteran’s status
for the remainder of the season is uncertain, reports the Associated Press.

right leg in Sunday's loss to the St. Louis Rams and his status for the
rest of the season is uncertain.
Jackson sustained the knee injury with under six minutes
remaining in the game. The running back took a helmet to the knee when he was
being tackled by a pair of Rams players. Unable to put much weight on the knee,
Jackson had to be taken off the field in a cart.
Jackson dealt with knee injuries earlier this season which
caused him to miss two games. Coach Chan Gailey hadn’t talked to the training
staff when the initial report came out, but he did say the injury didn’t look
