Buffalo Bill WR Stevie Johnson returned to practice yesterday, but is listed as 'questionable' on the final injury report for Sunday's game against the New York Jets.
"I did everything. I was out there, running routes and full-go with the guys," Johnson told Tim Graham of The Buffalo News. "I think coach made the right call along with the guys in the training room of sitting me (on Thursday). I guess it will only get better from here. I still have a couple days until game day."
Johnson, who signed a five-year, $36.25 million extension in early March, is expected to play, and the Bills will surely need him.
The Bills are otherwise healthy going into the start of the season, with only Johnson on the questionable list and two probables: QB/WR Brad Smith and RG Kraig Urbik.

Buffalo Bills running back Fred Jackson is out of Sunday's game against the New York Jets with an injured right knee
Jackson, who went on injured reserve last November with a broken right leg, went down with 11:07 left in the first half Sunday when he ran for 7 yards and was hit hard by LaRon Landry. Jackson went down immediately and stayed down for a few moments while he was...
Excited. Nervous. Overwhelmed. Anxious. Depressed. All words that come to mind when I think about the Bills facing the Jets on Sunday at MetLife Stadium.
Excited: Because it’s Week 1 of the best season of the year! Football, duh.
Overwhelmed: Ditto, plus I’m easily overwhelmed and it’s really hard having so many conflicting emotions all at once.
Steve Johnson is becoming a notorious Darrelle Revis killer; he’s as notorious for that as he is for his premature touchdown dances. Johnson caught 3 passes for 84 yards, all against Revis, week 9 last year, and then another 8 catches for 75 yards and a touchdown, again all against Revis, week 12 last year. That touchdown was the only touchdown Revis allowed last year and those...
Bills wideout David Nelson injured his knee Sunday against the Jets and will be out for the remainder of the game.Fantasy Spin:What a miserable day for Buffalo. First they lose starting running back Fred Jackson and now they'll be without one of their better wide receivers. Nelson had two catches for 31 yards before getting injured.
Mario Williams had a quiet day in his debut for the Buffalo Bills - except when he complained about the replacement officials.
Ryan Fitzpatrick had a lousy day, throwing three interceptions that New York converted into 21 points Sunday in the Jets' 48-28 season-opening victory. Oh, and the Bills lost running back Fred Jackson to a knee injury.
It could be a long year in Buffalo...
Buffalo Bills: The Bills come in with an offense that finished middle of the road last season. Averaging just over 23 points a game, the Bills should improve drastically on that number. The first half of last season the Bills offense was a very useful unit in terms of fantasy and could be useful once again this season. The New York Jets defense took a step back last season, while...

This Sunday, the Buffalo Bills kickoff their 2012 campaign against the New York Jets at 1 p.m. at Metlife Stadium. The Bills lost both contests last year to the Jets, but are looking for a playoff surge this year after some key acquisitions in free agency and the NFL Draft. The Jets...
Bills marquee free-agent acquisition Mario Williams ripped the NFL's replacement officials for not calling numerous illegal hands to the face penalties on New York Jets right tackle Austin Howard in his team's 48-28 loss Sunday.
"Pass blocking doesn't consist of illegal hands to the face just about every play, which, when somebody tells you that, and you're...
The regular season has arrived and we’re days away from the Buffalo Bills kicking off the 2012 season against the New York Jets! With the game on the horizon, here are ten things I Bill-ieve about the Bills Week One match-up.
1. The Bills will cause three turnovers on the New York Jets.
This is just a hunch, but the defensive line is going to cause a lot of havoc week one. I think...
Wide receiver David Nelson suffered a right knee injury in the Bills 48-28 loss to the New York Jets at the Meadowlands, Tim Graham of the Buffalo News reports.
Bills coach Chan Gailey said. "We don't know how bad David is, but it doesn't look good right now."
Nelson's injury occurred in the fourth quarter and away from the play, apparently while cutting...
With the Red Sox having a horrendous season and the hockey season in limbo, at least Buffalo Bills football is finally here.
They haven't made the playoffs since 1999, which is when the "Music City Miracle" and the "No Goal" occurred. That's a rough year for Buffalo fans.
If I had to choose one team to win it all, I would choose the Sabres...
