The Buffalo Bills snuck by and got themselves a win over the New York Giants on Sunday Night Football. The game wasn't without controversy, though, as many are pointing to CB Taron Johnson's game-winning pass breakup and claiming there should've been a penalty called. You make that decision for yourself.
I think Cris nails it here, should have been a penalty. Also smart by Taron Johnson to be grabby on the last play of the game pic.twitter.com/2up9HyJvQL

While the offense couldn't get going, the team suffered a traumatic injury, and it took until the very last play in which the team undoubtedly played down to their competition, they got the W. After the game, Josh Allen provided the same sentiment: a win is a win.
"It's an ugly win, but it counts the same as a pretty win."

Johnson, being the hero of the game, talked to the media immediately after and opened up about what went down, how he was able to accomplish the game-winning play, and what it meant for the team moving forward.

Speaking on the play and what ensued, Johnson provided the following, "I mean the pass was high and it was tight. I just felt like they was fake-blocking for a long time... I thought it was going to be a run. He ended up running the route."
Johnson continued, breaking down what he saw on the play and what he was trying to do, "I just kept my eyes on him and played through the hands."
Finishing up, Johnson provided a sentiment we can all get behind, "I was just happy to win, it was a tough game, just happy to get the dub." An ugly win is still a win at the end of the day.
