Now that I root for a winning football team, it’s quite entertaining to watch the struggles of other franchises. The highlight for these lowly teams comes this Monday, Black Monday. Quite a few coaches will be fired, and those respective fan bases will anoint the new head coach as the savior. It’s a glimpse of hope for those less than stellar franchises. Up to this point, we’ve seen three coaches fired before the end of the season (Jack Del Rio-Jaguars, Todd Haley-Chiefs, and Tony Sparano-Dolphins). But with the final weekend of the regular season upon us, several more coaches will get the ax shortly after it’s completion. Who are the most likely to get fired? Check ‘em out after the jump.

Norv Turner, San Diego Chargers Let’s start with a layup. Turner’s teams have underachieved since his first year. Year after year, the Chargers began the season with the highest of expectations. Year after year, they failed to live up to the hype. Despite being loaded the last five years under Turner, San Deigo has yet to have any January success (nor much success in September or October). The beat writers for the Chargers are expecting this firing to happen. It seems like it’s pretty much a lock. The GM, A.J. Smith, will probably get canned as well. These moves probably should’ve happen three years ago.

Jim Caldwell, Indianapolis Colts The Colts have been the worst team in the league for much of the season. However, they’ve played better as of late. They now have two wins, and with a victory this wekeend against Jacksonville they would lose out on the first overall pick in the draft. Does avoiding 0-16 save Caldwell’s job? Does the loss of Peyton Manning for the whole season serve as a large enough crutch to bring Caldwell back? Probably not. His robotic sideline demeanor will be missed.

Steve Spagnuolo, St. Louis Rams I think it would be more shocking if Spagnuolo wasn’t fired at this point. In his third year as coach, Spagnuolo’s team has only won two games. Many people thought the Rams might compete for the NFC West crown, but instead they could wind up with the first pick in the draft. That’s a formula for a pink slip.

Raheem Morris, Tampa Bay Buccaneers After making the playoffs last year, Bucs fans had high hopes coming into this season. Instead, the Morris led Bucs answered with a nine-game losing streak, that could be 10 after this weekend. The Bucs are a young team, so the argument for a consistent presence as the coach could be made. But that’s a dumb argument. When that presence is responsible for a potential 10-game losing streak, it’s clear that the system isn’t a working. A change is needed in Tampa.

In additon to these four, there are quite a few others who could get fired.

Pat Shurmur, Cleveland Browns-Would Holmgren fire him after just one year?
Andy Reid, Philadelphia Eagels-Is it time for the “Dream Team” to have a new leader?
Mike Shanahan, Washington Redskins-With the team expected to draft a qb for the future, do they go in a new direciton on the sidelines as well?
Jason Garrett, Dallas Cowboys-He’s a soulless ginger who looks completely lost out there.
Rex Ryan, New York Jets-Are his loud-mouth antics greasing the skids for his departure?
