Branch, Engram To Play vs. Giants

A A A A A A A A A A A A A A A A A A A A A A I can almost hear the sigh of relief in Seattle as it is has been learned that wide receivers Deion Branch and Bobby Engram will play for the Seattle Seahawks at their game against the New York Giants on Sunday; according to head coach Mike Holmgren, both Branch and Engram passed their tests of three consecutive practices this week and will make their season debuts. Branch just recently recovered from knee surgery which shelved him for 8 months; he was injured initially during the Seahawks' playoff loss to the Green Bay Packers last January.A Engram set a Seahawks franchise record with 94 receptions last season.
