Safety Tyvon Branch has signed his $6.2 million dollar franchise tag tender and reported to workouts with the Oakland Raiders.
The Raiders placed the tag on Branch on March 1. He decided to sign it Monday and joined the team for the offseason program.

According to Jason LaCanfora of the NFL Network, Oakland Raiders safety Tyvon Branch will sign his franchise tender today and will report to the Raiders, even though he’s still looking for a long-term deal.
Branch is a young safety that the Raiders would love to lock up with a long-term contract. I believe something will get done soon.
