Wide receiver Brandon Lloyd noted that he tied to St. Louis offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels, according to the St. Louis Post-Dispatch. The veteran receiver said, "I'm tied to McDaniels. He uses me differently than other offensive coordinators used me in my entire career. He uses me as an every-play receiver. The short game, mid-range game, gimmick passes, deep balls."
Fantasy Spin:
The Rams are expected to sack Steve Spagnuolo as their head coach following another putrid season, and McDaniels is likely to get the boot as well. So Lloyd is considered unlikely to return to the club in 2012, and may very well end up following McDaniels to his new destination, which has been rumored to be Kansas City.

Brandon Lloyd Plans on Following Josh McDaniels
The success that St. Louis Rams wide receiver Brandon Lloyd had with the Broncos under offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels last season was very obvious. Bradford not optimistic about playing in finale
ST. LOUIS - The odds are long on Sam Bradford playing in the St. Louis Rams' finale.
The quarterback missed another practice Wednesday and didn't appear optimistic about his chances against the San Francisco 49ers. The biggest change, rather than the high left ankle sprain that has already sidelined him for five games, was the fact he was clean shaven after growing a beard...

Spagnuolo still has some support in St. Louis
Rams coach Steve Spagnuolo is one of the most likely coaches to get fired on Black Monday, but no one seems to know for sure what will happen in St. Louis. He’s 10-37 over the last three years, which is hard to overcome. But he hasn’t lost all support. Bryan Burwell of St. Louis Post-Dispatch…
Rams Coach Steve Spagnuolo Says QB Sam Bradford Probably Won't Play

Behind Enemy Lines: Spagnuolo on the way out
There is plenty to like about Steve Spagnuolo, as many of his players will attest, but a coach is measured on wins, and he simply hasn't had enough victories in his three seasons in St. Louis. And that’s why Spags will be packing his bags after Sunday’s game against the 49ers ends one of the worst coaching tenures since the 1970 NFL/AFL merger.
