Bears wideout Brandon Marshall, who underwent hip surgery in January, has been cleared to resume on-field activities.Fantasy Spin:The news came directly from Marshall's personal Twitter account. Marshall was reunited with Jay Cutler in 2012 and caught 118 passes for 1,508 yards and 11 touchdowns, all of which were career highs. He should easily top 100 catches again in 2013.
