It was as bold a claim a Miami Dolphins player has made all season about an outcome.
Brandon Marshall's confident he'll deliver big plays for the Dolphins.
On his twitter account (@BMarshall19), Miami Dolphins receiver Brandon Marshall warned the media: “When we win Sunday please don’t say the Giants didn’t take us serious.”
Marshall was referring to the Dolphins’ HUGE underdog role in Sunday’s game against the New York Giants, where the Dolphins are viewed as 9 to 10-point underdogs.
Tough talk for a member of one of the NFL’s three win-less teams. Especially one who hasn’y lived up to the team or fan base’s expectations in 2011.
However, Marshall remains just about the only offensive player opponents have to gameplan for, rolling their cover too.
