Chicago Bears wide receiver Brandon Marshall has never been to the playoffs. In his eighth season as a pro, Marshall has yet to sniff the post season field. And, it doesn’t look like that streak will be broken this year.
Marshall is in his second season with the Chicago Bears, but both years Jay Cutler has gotten hurt preventing the team from making the playoffs. There is no guarantee they would have made the playoffs with a healthy Cutler, but it would have helped Marshall’s chances.

The bromance between Cutler and Marshall is what brought the wide receiver to Chicago, but Jay hasn’t been able to stay on the field. Jay Cutler has missed 12 of his last 35 games as a Chicago Bear which resulted in two disappointing seasons – last year and this year.
Brandon Marshall is a four time pro bowler with six 1,000+ yard receiving seasons. Soon to be five pro bowls and seven seasons of 1,000+ after 2013. It’s unfortunate such an elite player never got the chance to make the playoffs. It’s also unfortunate that it doesn’t appear the Chicago Bears will be going this year either, but there is still hope.
Bear Down and get Brandon to the post season!
