Cleveland Browns rookie Brandon Weeden may be the starting quarterback but is he trying to ruffle feathers during his inaugural year?

The 28-year-old told the Cleveland Plain Dealer that in Sunday’s 23-20 loss to the Dallas Cowboys that the Browns offense at some points basically just winged it and installed assignments that did not give them the best chance to win.
