Breaking News - The Arizona Cardinals are publicly admitting that they believe journeyman quarterback Drew Stanton has the talent and gumption to be their starting gunslinger in 2013. NFL Impact - Coach Bruce Arians has said in regards of speculation that the Cardinals still need to look for their starting quarterback, “I have all the confidence in the world with him being our starter.” While Stanton does have a strong-arm and has solid athletic ability, in his years that I watched him in Detroit I failed to ever see him as someone who could man the quarterback position on a weekly basis. Are the Cardinals using this as a smoke screen, hoping to land a quarterback in the NFL draft, or do they really feel that they have found their long-term answer?
