RENTON- It's finally been announced. The Seahawks have officially released their 22 cuts in order to comply with NFL rules. Here are the cuts. DE Baraka Atkins (called it) S Jamar Adams K Brandon Coutu G Brian De La Puente CB Marquis Floyd (called it) OT Na'Shan Goddard (called it) SS Courtney Greene (called it) WR Mike Hass (called it) CB Kevin Hobbs FB David Kirtman (called it) RB Devin Moore (called it) CB Nate Ness TE Joe Newton WR Logan Payne LB Dave Philistin (called it) OT Andre Ramsey (called it) OT William Robinson (called it) QB Jeff Rowe (called it) WR Courtney Taylor (called it) WR Jordan Kent (called it)- Waived with an injury settlement LB D.D Lewis S Brian Russell C/G Cory Withrow (called it) Those are the final 22 cuts made by the Seattle Seahawks in order to get down to the 53 man required amount. Also CB Marcus Trufant was placed on the physically unable to perform list (PUP)-called it. I was 13/22 (59%) The only notable surprise was safety Brian Russell who was released to make room for the newly signed safety Lawyer Milloy.
