The Green Bay Packers drafted quarterback B.J. Coleman with one of their two compensatory picks on Saturday to compete as the No. 3 QB. The Packers can thank Brett Favre If Coleman ends up to be a viable player.

That's right, Brett Favre helped Coleman prepare for the draft in January and February by working out with the small-school kid in Hattiesburg, Miss.

Coleman, who transferred from Tennessee to play three seasons at Tennessee-Chattanooga told NFL reporters during a teleconference, "I'd like to have a great relationship with him, we'll see. With Bus being both of our agents, yeah, absolutely. I know they'll be many questions and things I got to ask. But having a guy there like Aaron Rodgers and Brett Favre, those are two phenomenal guys to ask."

Favre and Coleman share the same agent, Bus Cook.
