Tweet Brian Urlacher, the retired All-Pro Chicago Bears linebacker, has been in the sports headlines for his quotes a lot lately. This time, Urlacher is sounding a lot bit bitter that current Bears quarterback is the only former teammate that hasn’t called Urlacher since he’s been retired. Urlacher recently sat down with Graham Bensinger and vented about […]

  • To Brian Urlacker,

You should stop thinking you are a football outlaw. You are nothing but a cry baby and you needs to leave Jay Cutler alone.

He did a great job last week and you are trying to get a piece of of his thunder.

Is Urlacker some little hogh school girl who doesn't get the next day phone call after a date?

    The Russian Brute-Chicago

P.S., You aren't not the only big man in Chicago.
  • He's not mad at Cutler. The turd that wrote this piece looked way too much into what Urlacher had to say, when asked a question. He's not trying to steal any ones thunder. Also if your going to post please use spell check or use Google to help what you are trying to covey. Any way the Bears got the Viqueens on Sunday and I'm ready to see an 2 and 0 start to the season. BEAR DOWN!
  • Brian Urlacher was a great football player, now he is a bitchy little girl whining that nobody gives a crap that he is gone. Too bad so sad...Bye Bye
  • Brian will you please just go away? What kind of man cries when another man doesn't call boo whoo. Please turn in your man card and retire quietly. Then again you probably need to find some work to pay some of that child support.
  • Cutler needs to go he can't see right colors
  • This is really starting to old. Brain Urlacher is crying like a little girl. He feels that everyone on the Bears owes him something which they don't. Urlacher said that most of the Bears called him that's good but they don't answer to Urlacher. He's feels that Jay Cutler owes him a call Jay Cutler doesn't owe Urlacher sh$t. Hey Brain grow up be a man and move on. You are no longer a Bear. They knew you were finished and that's the reason why your not playing anymore. You wouldn't be shooting your mouth if you were picked up by another team but you weren't. So stop your crying, play golf and shut the fck up.

Brian Urlacher is bitter Jay Cutler hasn’t called him

Brian Urlacher is upset that Bears quarterback Jay Cutler hasn’t called him since he retired this past offseason. Urlacher sat down with Graham Bensinger who asked him if anyone has given him the cold shoulder since he left football. “I did not hear from Jay … out of all the guys I played with,” replied Urlacher. He was then asked why he’s so bitter. “I felt like I stood...

Sad reality: Urlacher just needs to go away

He is arguably the best player in Chicago Bears history, for all intents and purposes. The pro bowls. The defensive player of the year awards. The lumbering interception returns playing on a bad hamstring and a bad ankle, the jaw-dropping speed showcased from sideline to sideline when an opposing foe was foolish enough to try an outside run to either side of the field. Number 54...

Bears QB Cutler is finally 'comfortable'

(Eds: With AP Photos.) By GENE CHAMBERLAIN Associated Press Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler might be showing signs he's a different player this season. What is certain is that he's a less frustrated, healthier and better-protected player in new coach Marc Trestman's system. Cutler showed signs of leadership and determination in last Sunday's 24-21 comeback win...

‘Comfortable’ Cutler learning to trust

Jay Cutler avoided a sack in the opener, which is a different feeling for him. He’s working behind a new offensive line that offered more protection than it had in the past.

Brian Urlacher: Jay Cutler is the only teammate who hasn’t contacted him since retirement

When asked who has failed to communicate with him since he stepped away from the game, Brian Urlacher responded with Jay Cutler, and no one else.

Chicago Bears: 2013 Week 2 NFL Power Rankings (#10)

The way AJ Green shredded a secondary that was supposed to be the strength of this team is concerning, but AJ Green is a top-3 receiver in this league so maybe they get a pass. The good news is their offense looked very good against a very strong Cincinnati defense. Jay Cutler wasn’t sacked once by a dominant Cincinnati defensive line as their retooled offensive line help up. The...

Chicago Bears QB Jay Cutler Loves Him Some Iron Mike Ditka

There are few sports personalities in the Windy City that are as loved and respected as Da Coach, Iron Mike Ditka. There are few personalities in any town--not just Chicago--that people love to hate more than Jay Cutler. So who better for Jay to walk in to a press conference wearing than a t-shirt with a big Ditka face on it (complete with cigar!)? Love it Jay. Love it.

Bears focused more on pass rush than Adrian Peterson

The Chicago Bears are focusing more on their pass rush than stopping Adrian Peterson as they head into Sunday’s game against the Minnesota Vikings. “I think as a D-lineman, we definitely want to stop the

Boomer Esiason to be roasted by Friars Club, Jay Cutler invited?

Boomer Esiason ripped Jay Cutler last week on media conference call saying: “He’s I guess, maybe in the top 15, I guess I would put him, but Chicago is a mid tier team in the NFC and the NFC is loaded. If things go right for them, they need to stay healthy and somehow beat Green Bay which is not something they’ve been able to do with consistency since Jay got there.” Esiason...

ESPN’s Mike Greenberg on Bears, Jay Cutler, Bulls, Derrick Rose

Mike Greenberg and his partner Mike Golic will hit the road for hyped up college football and NFL games this year. They’ll be in Evanston on Friday, Oct. 4, in advance of Saturday’s match-up with “Greeny’s” alma mater vs. the Ohio State Buckeyes. The co-host of the nationally syndicated ESPN radio show “Mike And Mike in the Morning” was gracious enough to grant me an...

Three Keys to a Chicago Bears Victory on Sunday

Purple Jesus Diaries Masturbatory Game Two Preview: Not a Chance

Not a Chance in Hell Have you ever felt more certain of the outcome of a game already than the game between the Vikings and the Bears this weekend? The Vikings head to Chicago for only the second game of the season, but they leave Detroit with a division loss and head into a raging inferno or herpes needles at Soldier Field to face another divisional opponent in Chicago. But...

Fantasy Football: Week 2 start 'em sit 'em QBs

Start Philip Rivers vs. PHI. I don't trust the Eagles' secondary. They allowed RGIII a 62% completion percentage in week one and Rivers' showed flashes of his 2010-self against a much better Texans' defense.Start Jay Cutler vs. MIN. Cutler has averaged 225 yards and multiple scores in his seven career games against the Vikings. Stafford definitely has Minnesota&...
