Found April 24, 2013 on NFL Injury Report:
According to DenverBroncos.com, when Elway was asked whether the team will look to select the best player available when they step up for the 28th selection in this year's draft, his answer was a simple, "Yes". While this does not exactly answer where the Broncos are looking to go (either DL, LB, RB, or CB), it should dispel rumors about whether or not the team will look to trade back into this year's draft.  The Broncos are in a much different situation than in year's past. Fortunately for Denver, there aren’t a lot of holes to fill on this year’s team; a good problem to have for a team that was picked by many to be this year’s Super Bowl Champion. The loss of Elvis Dumervil stings, but Elway has made it clear that he will rely primarily on defensive end Robert Ayers to step up and fill "Doom's" void.  Follow @TheNFLInjuryRpt Looking for fantasy football advice?

Broncos Re-Sign Punter Britton Colquitt to One-Year Deal

NFL News: Britton Colquitt was re-signed by the Denver Broncos to a one-year deal worth 1.3 million dollars. The Broncos high-flying offense should help to keep Colquitt’s leg staying fresh all season. Fantasy Ramifications: Unless you are in a league that employs punters, this signing has no bearing. BUT, if you are in a league that does play punters, Colquitt is one of the...

Broncos P Colquitt signs free agent tender

Denver punter Britton Colquitt has signed his free agent tender that will pay him $1,323,000 next season. The Broncos gambled slightly by tendering him with a ''right of first refusal'' distinction, a tender that paid him less than the $2,023,000 that comes with a ''second round'' distinction and opened the possibility of other teams making a bid...

And with 28th overall pick in the 2013 NFL draft the Denver Broncos select…

Sylvester Williams DT from the University of North Carolina.   I like that he did it in a non-traditional way.  Again more big men being picked in the first round.  How important is that line now. Williams played football for one season in high school, and started only one game. Not being recruited by college programs, he assembled radiator parts for 18-wheelers before deciding...

Broncos look for help on D-line in draft

Safe to say, the Broncos will not be faxing their pick to league headquarters. Still, it's that balky fax machine and the repercussions of losing Elvis Dumervil that helped shape the way Denver heads into Thursday's draft. The team that tied for the best record in the league last season, then lost both its playoff game and Dumervil to the Baltimore Ravens, needs a pass...
