Browns DE Myles Garrett can build on DPOY campaign vs. Ravens

Dallas Cowboys linebacker Micah Parsons is the early favorite for Defensive Player of the Year, per oddschecker.com, but the Browns' Myles Garrett should be in the conversation, too.

The 2-4 Browns have struggled, but they can count on Garrett, their sack-happy defensive end.

In the Browns' 38-15 loss to the Patriots in Week 6, he had two sacks and became the team's all-time sack leader. In 73 games, Garrett has 63.5 sacks, topping Clay Matthews for the top spot (62 sacks in 171 games), per StatMuse.com.

In Week 7, he must continue wreaking havoc against Baltimore, which has allowed only 11 sacks, ranking ninth in the NFL, according to StatMuse.com

Garrett has five sacks, six tackles for a loss, and two forced fumbles, per ESPN.com. The current leader in each category is Pittsburgh's Alex Highsmith with 6.5 sacks, Las Vegas' Maxx Crosby with 11 tackles for a loss and Seattle's Coby Bryant with four forced fumbles.
