According to MyFoxAtlanta, Browns defensive tackle Kiante Tripp was arrested in College Park, Georgia, on charges of burglary. The Atlanta native and two others are accused of threatening people inside an apartment on Herschel Road, and then ransacking the place.
The police are reporting that the three were looking for a man who allegedly had stolen from them. The trio tried to reclaim their money from the man.
Upon hearing the disturbance, neighbors called the police and reported that three men, with guns, were inside the apartment. The report said that one member of the party was also changed with possession of marijuana.
Tripp signed with the Browns practice squad last year and played in three games late in the season.
