Browns defensive coordinator Dick Jauron thinks linebacker Scott Fujita, who went on injured reserve this week because of a broken hand, can help the team next year. In his two years with the Browns, Fujita was limited to a total of 19 games because of injuries. And in 2009, an injury limited him to 11 regular-season games with the Saints, although he returned to help them win a Super Bowl. Jauron likes Fujita becomes he seldom makes mistakes, is an ideal locker-room leader and has kept himself in good enough shape to play well for another couple of years. Fujita also is one of the more flexible linebackers in the league, having played multiple spots in both a 3-4 and a 4-3.

Browns WR/KR Josh Cribbs Vents About Losing, Not His Role on Team
When Cleveland Browns wide receiver/kick returner Josh Cribbs voiced his displeasure with the team’s loss on Sunday, I didn’t think it would be hard to confuse that with him being frustrated about his role on the team. After the Browns blew another late lead to the Cincinnati Bengals last Sunday, Cribbs was noticeably frustrated and has certainly voiced that frustration this...
No need to vilify Cribbs over his comments
Josh Cribbs doesnt deserve a public flogging for merely being honest this week. Unless youre on the receiving end of a Jack Nicholson bellow, the truth, as they say, shall set you free.
Cribbs became the subject of Cleveland chatter when he said some things that were used against him. Cribbs wound up in the conundrum of talking to the media honestly, then being ripped for what he...
Browns Peyton Hillis Will Be Tested Sunday By Ravens
The Cleveland Browns are glad to have Peyton Hillis back, we should see a good test of just how good Peyton Hillis is this Sunday when the Browns take on the 3rd ranked run defense in the NFL, The Baltimore Ravens. Hillis gained 65 yards rushing last week against the Bengals which also have a pretty darn good defense. Sorry, Peyton but the Bengals are no the Ravens, if Hillis though...

However, when it comes to stopping the run, Cleveland has struggled, surrendering [...]
Week 13: The Browns Will Win If…
We’re starting to get to the point in the season where I’m “writing out the string” in these opening paragraphs. I have no more wit (if I ever had any to begin with, that is). No more sauce. I look at this game as the Browns being a lamb led to slaughter. I have memories of my friend with whom I share my tickets saying, “This sucks. Ready to go?” in the early third quarter...
