Cincinnati-bengals
Several key Cleveland Browns players missed practice yesterday and figure to be questionable for this weekend’s contest against their division rival, the Cincinnati Bengals. The Browns were without wide receivers Travis Benjamin, Mohamed Massaquoi and Jordan Norwood as well as linebacker D’Qwell Jackson. Massaquoi and Benjamin each missed last weekend’s matchup against the New York Giants due to injury. Both receivers are dealing with hamstring injuries. Without Massaquoi and Benjamin Sunday, Norwood tallied nine catches for 81 yards against the Giants. The 26-year-old is currently hampered by a foot injury. Jackson also missed practice as he is suffering from a head injury he sustained Sunday. The 29-year-old has been one of Cleveland’s leaders on defense, as he’s totaled 31 tackles with three sacks and two interceptions over his first five games. His status for this weekend is uncertain.
