Cleveland Browns middle linebacker D'Qwell Jackson left Sunday's game with the New York Giants with a head injury and will not return.
Jackson, one of the team's defensive leaders, was hurt in the second quarter, when the Browns allowed 20 points.
Giants tight end Martellus Bennett returned in the second quarter after suffering a left knee injury. Bennett was hurt in the first quarter, but was back on the field midway through the second period. He had been injured while blocking on a running play.

Of course Brown ended up deleting the tweet since it’s against NFL rules.

Giants don’t trust Andre Brown in pass protection
New York Giants offensive coordinator Kevin Gilbride made it clear on Friday why running back Andre Brown didn’t play much during last Sunday’s loss to the Eagles. He said they simply don’t trust Brown in pass protection.

Andre Brown Diagnosed with Concussion
Giants running back Andre Brown has been diagnosed with a concussion, according to ESPN New York.Fantasy Spin:Ahmad Bradshaw is back and healthy -- he carried it 30 times for 200 yards in Week 5 -- so Brown won't have much fantasy value going forward. David Wilson scored on a long TD run as well in Week 5 so Brown's backup role may also be in jeopardy if he doesn't recover quickly.

Fantasy Football Week 5 Preview: Browns at Giants
Cleveland: Brandon Weeden and the Browns actually gave quite a game to the Baltimore Ravens on Thursday Night Football, and they’re not far from starting to string a couple of wins together. Unfortunately for them, they face the defending Super Bowl champions in the NY Giants, which likely won’t help their cause in grabbing a win.Weeden does suddenly look like a real NFL quarterback...

Week 5 Recap
Andrew Luck
Luck was one of my sleepers this week and for good reason. They can’t get a consistent running game going (although Don Brown was decent) and their defense is terrible. Luck will be in this position a lot this season. Having to throw a lot. I will probably rank him as a top 12 for the rest of the season.
