According to Mary Kay Cabot of the Cleveland Plain-Dealer,  Browns head coach Rob Chudzinski told reporters that they don’t know when rookie linebacker Barkevious Mingo will play again. “Basically, the bottom line with KeKe is nobody really knows,” said Chudzinski. “It’s just how his body is going to heal.” Chudzinski said the examinations on Mingo, who suffered a bruised lung Thursday night against the Lions are “sort of an ongoing thing.” The Browns have to wait for Mingo’s bruise to heal fully before they can put him back out on the field. It remains somewhat of a mystery what caused the bruise in the first place. Mingo said he first felt shortness of breath when he was covering the opening kickoff. It continued to get worse, and then he spit up blood on the sidelines after he left the field early in the second quarter. The Browns have to be smart and not rush Mingo back.  With two preseason games left, there’s reason to rush him back.       Need NFL Tickets? Loading... The Cleveland Browns and the two sides of the preseason coin

Oh, the preseason. The time when every fanbase – alright not you Jets and Jaguars fans – still has some modicum of hope. For Browns fans, that feeling is much too familiar and fleeting. It usually lasts until about the end of the first quarter of the first preseason game. But, through the first two exhibition contests, this season has been different. The Browns, especially the...

Following last Thursday's preseason contest, Barkevious Mingo was hospitalized with a bruised lung, an injury thought to be relatively minor. It turns out the prognosis was nearly much worse for the Browns' rookie linebacker. Is Brandon Weeden an “undervalued” fantasy QB?

We certainly don’t spend a lot of time talking about fantasy football here at WFNY, but I found this ESPN post (insider) about undervalued QBs to be pretty interesting. Brandon Weeden comes in at number seven on their list behind RG3, Ryan Tannehill and Alex Smith among others. The post goes on to compare Weeden’s value to that of AFC North counterpart Andy Dalton. Apparently...

According to 19 Action News,  Browns wide receiver Greg Little was recently busted for speeding.  He was ticketed for going 81 MPH in a 60 MPH zone. This isn’t the first time Little was caught speeding. This speeding ticket made us do some more digging. We looked at Little’s driving record and found more. Back in April records show Little admitted going 127 MPH. He lost control...
