New Arizona Cardinals head coach Bruce Arians is seeing firsthand what everybody else saw before he took the job - an inept offense in desperate need of an overhaul. "Right now, our defense is way outplaying our offense, and our offense needs to pick it up," Arians said Tuesday, via the Arizona Republic. "We're behind where I'd like to be right now." The offensive-minded Arians isn't taking this well, and he wants to see the offense pick up the pace and learn his system sooner than later. "We're just not picking it up fast enough, still not picking it up the way I'd like to, at all positions," Arians said. "I really don't like mental mistakes, especially if you made the same one last week," he said. "That should be corrected and in the books by now. Our receivers are not getting that done." That apparently includes Larry Fitzgerald, who dropped a ball that he catches a thousand times.

Cardinals RB Ryan Williams Says He Was ‘Scared To Run The Ball’ Last Season

We all ask our athletes to be honest, but the ones that brutally honest usually catch the most flak. Arizona Cardinals running back Ryan Williams admitted to the Arizona Republic that  he played through last season in a state of fear, worried that his surgically repaired right knee wouldn’t hold up. Williams told the paper that he was freaked out about running a play called “39...

Bruce Arians calls out Cardinals offense
