Aaron Wilson of the Baltimore Sun reports that the San Diego Chargers and free agent LT Bryant McKinnie didn’t discuss contract figures during their meeting Tuesday night. McKinnie mentioned that he’s had ”very good” visit so far. The two sides will meet again today and McKinnie informed Wilson that he’ll be taking a physical at some point as well.  The Chargers walked away from this weekend’s draft with Alabama OT D.J. Fluker, but there’s some question as to whether or not he’s capable of playing left tackle in the NFL. McKinnie is the only serviceable left tackle still available in the free agent market, so assuming that everything checks out during his physical, the Chargers could try to get something done sooner rather than later.
